For example, as a regular yoga class:

Once a week (if desired also in a different rhythm) we carry out a yoga lesson, which lasts 60 or 90 minutes depending on the possibility / need. The yoga lesson includes a balanced selection of body and breathing exercises as well as, of course, meditative deep relaxation. The orientation of the lesson to specific wishes is easily possible.

For example, as a yoga workshop:

The yoga workshop consists of half a day and can be carried out once or in a specific rhythm (for example monthly / quarterly). The first part (about 90 minutes) is a theoretical part, the selection of topics is done by mutual agreement. In the second part (about 90 minutes) the corresponding topic is practically deepened and implemented in a yoga lesson.

Possible topics are for example:

  • Stress management through yoga
  • The healthiness of the spine
  • Strengthening the nervous system
  • Yoga exercises for the immune system
  • Training of breathing and breathing in everyday life
  • Yoga theory and philosophy
