Online Yoga Class

1. Course times:

   Thursday: 19.00 – 20.30 Uhr – classical Yoga 

2. Vacation in school year 2022/2023:

   Restart after summer vacation: August 25, 2022

   Fall break: October 6 and 13, 2022

   The online class is free of charge – everyone is invited to donate any amount chosen to Vidyananda Society or any other charitable organisation. More about Vidyananda Society on www.vidyananda.ch (under construction).

5. Procedure:

   15 minutes before the online class starts I’ll send you a link to participate. There is no login needed, no personal data will be stored.

   You can open this link on any device using Firefox, Google Chrome or Opera (it doesn’t work properly when opend with Microsoft Internet Explorer/Edge or Safari).
